During my recent week at the First Collection, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service that exceeded my high expectations. The staff, including Adi and Zaarack at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, offering insightful recommendations and making every interaction enjoyable. My room was a stunning oasis, featuring a superbly comfortable bed, a spacious design, and an inviting balcony that provided a delightful sea view; the thoughtful addition of tea and coffee facilities was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the excellent housekeeping, with meticulous attention to cleanliness and an abundance of complimentary toiletries that enhanced my stay. Without a doubt, I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10, and I look forward to returning for the impeccable service and stylish accommodations.
